Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us. (1 Peter 2:12 NIV)
O – observation
How we choose to live will make an impact on this that are around us. The unbeliever is looking for the opportunity to accuse the believer of wrong doing. When we choose to live a good life, it’s the very nature of what we choose to do or not do, that makes all the difference in this watching.
A – application
Today there are some things I could do, that necessarily are not bad things to do, but in the eyes of the unbeliever, they are the catalyst of change. Today, I choose to impact lives with more than words…actions speak louder.
Lord help me to simply life a good life, not merely when people are watching, but all the time.
