Silencing the enemy!

What are you building? Who are you building it for? Whose plan are you following?

Nehemiah builds the wall in 52 days. No houses, no temple…just a wall to protect the city. What we build to protect lives matters! Ministry matters…

Keep on building what will protect our future!

S – scripture

When all our enemies heard about this, all the surrounding nations were afraid and lost their self-confidence, because they realized that this work had been done with the help of our God. (‭Nehemiah‬ ‭6‬:‭16‬ NIV)

O – observation

Confidence is lost when they saw the work was done with Gods help.  We can either listen to the enemy, or we can follow the plan of God and build something with him.  The opposition will always be there to oppose what God wants to do.  But,  if we build with God and allow him to work the voice of the enemy and the  confidence eo the enemy will be silenced.

A – application

It’s time to build something so great that only God gets the glory.  It’s time to build what he wants, what he plans and allow his hand to move.  Too man times we attempt to build something that God desires and we get intimidated by the enemy.  The voice of the enemy sounded like people close to them and people foreign to them.  Be careful who you listen to, since God is th ultimate builder.

P- prayer

Lord help me to build something for you.  Help me to always remember that what I build I depend on you and you are the architect of my destiny.  The enemies confidence in my life will always be silenced but the final product
